Beautiful ceramic soup tureen with glaze produced by Boch in La Louvière, Belgium, belonging to the Palma decor, an iconic series of tableware from the 1960s-1970s. This model is distinguished by its superb speckled mustard yellow glaze, achieved through a reactive glaze that creates fine dark brown speckles and a slight relief during firing. The shape is round and harmonious with two side handles and a domed lid topped with a dark knob. The discreet horizontal lines and the depth of the glaze give the whole piece a warm aesthetic typical of mid-century European table design. Marking under the base: Boch – La Louvière – Belgium.
