Do you know the history of poulain chocolate. It began in the 1830s when the very young victor-auguste poulain was hired as a clerk in a luxury parisian grocery store "le mortier d'argent" and discovered the wonderful world of confectionery. From 1837 to 1847, he learned to make chocolate, then sold as puddings and considered a healthy product. In 1848, at just 22 years of age, he returned to his hometown, blois, and established himself as a confectioner. It took five years for victor-auguste poulain to file a patent for invention under the number 13218 for a chocolate preparation... That's going to be all the rage! The success of poulain chocolate is linked in particular to the first marketing moves. Indeed, as early as 1860, educational images are offered in tablets... And a hundred years later, we'll have to celebrate! This delicate candy factory, created in honour of the centenary of the birth of poulain chocolate, is ideal for hiding your confections, isn't it?.
