Superb set of 2 antique round dishes in Terre de Fer from the Clairefontaine factory, decorated in Rouen style in sepia version. This refined decoration from the late 19th century is appealing with its elegant arabesques and central medallion inspired by Rouen faience. The sepia tone adds a lot of charm and fits perfectly into a chic country decor or a beautiful antique table. Two lovely antique pieces ideal for completing a Rouen service, presenting pastries, fruits, or simply for decoration. The two dishes are in good general condition for their age. They show some signs of use, light scratches, and a lovely patina of time. No chips or cracks noted.
