K.G. Lyneville mid century tureen

Beautifully made k.g. Luneville ceramic tureen with light metal stripes, hand glazed by artisans. The exterior has a smooth, satin finish and a square, concave shape of the mid century era. The knob handle on the lid has the same square yet concave shape, reversed. The stripes are a light metal blue, and are slightly abstract being painted by hand. A lovely decorative piece that is also functional for serving soup, stews, seafood or salads. In well preserved condition. 2 minor defects - a tiny blue glaze dot inside the bowl, and a minuscule chip on the handle.
