Solid elm coffee table — solid legs, Maison Regain spirit, 1970s.

The solid elm tray shows a flamed grain: fibers that twist and cross themselves, with that warmth under the hand typical of elm. Solid square legs, H-shaped crossbar, the edges of the tray are hand-beveled. It’s solid wood, not veneer, and the table is heavy and stable. In the style of Maison Regain, a Provençal manufacturer from the 70s: solid wood, visible joints, sturdy construction. Its dimensions are generous, its top robust, making it an easy-to-live-with table for lovers of solid wood. Condition: good condition. Signs of use on the top, very solid structure. Dimensions: L 110 × D 60 × H 36 cm.
