Portuguese plate cabbage leaf way in green slurry

I fell for this large plate (diameter of 24.5 cm) deliciously retro and very bucolic. Made in portugal in the estremadura, it is made of green slurry like cabbage leaf that give the illusion of having a carpet of greenery for presentation dish!
