The Tunisian kilim is composed of parallel United stripes of various colors. Traditionally manufactured by nomads from the South, it was once used to cover the litters of camels or serve as a separation in the tents. It serves today as well as the recovery of the floor decoration. Traditional Kilim use patterns based on two simple geometric shapes: triangle and diamond in several colors.
