Suspended Lamp by Pia Guidetti Crippa for Lumi, Italy, 1960s

Magnificent designer suspension made in Italy. Designed by Pia Guidetti Grippa in the 1960s and produced by LUMI Milano. Pia Guidetti Crippa studied at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan and created lighting for Lumi for thirty years. The lamp features rounded lines giving it a unique look. It is in good vintage condition. Dimensions: width 40 cm (15.7 inches), height 85 cm (33.46 inches). Requires four E27 European bulbs compatible with the American E26 socket, works with standard, LED, or halogen bulbs, 220 V Europe and 110 V USA. Three bulbs at the base in the white glass part, fourth bulb at the bottom through the clear glass.
