Mid-century modern Italian rosewood sideboard. This sideboard specifically designed in the style of Paolo Buffa, 1950s. The composition of the striking grain of the eight rosewood veneered panels and the decorative brass details give the cabinet a refined and elegant appearance. The design is completed by the solid wood tapered legs with brass details and a brown colored glass top. The cabinet has two single doors and one double, with a key for each. The single cabinet is with shelves, and the double cabinet is with shelves and two drawers. Warm brown glass top is in very good condition. This one is a typical of high-end Italian furniture from that era. This is an interesting piece of furniture, presenting a high level of the period craftsmanship. The condition is very great, consistent to its age and use. There are some scratches on the wood surfaces (seen on photos). Measurement: Width 196cm X height 139cm X depth 47cm. Made in Italy. Period 1950s/1960s.
