FASE lamp model Scorpio from the 1980s.

Spectacular FASE table lamp, High-Tech style, model Scorpio, in black. Originating from Spain, from the mid-1980s. This lamp features a body and conical base made of thick injected aluminium and high thermal resistance technical resins. It has an original finish in textured anthracite grey/matt black paint. The traditional mast is replaced by a perfect architectural cone. The upper area has a system of horizontal ventilation slots. This striation exudes Industrial/Sci-Fi aesthetics and serves to dissipate heat from the transformer. The shade evokes the shape of a projectile or aerodynamic visor. It has a top joint that allows for precise millimetre adjustments of the light. The stepped upper slats allow for the heat from the bulb to escape. The front switch has three positions (I - 0 - II) that not only turn the lamp on and off but also allow for the regulation of light intensity in two levels. One position offers a soft ambient light, ideal for reading or relaxing, while the other unleashes its full halogen power for maximum concentration tasks. Dimensions: 28 cm in height and 14 cm at the base. In excellent condition. A magnificent piece of the history of global lighting and industrial design that leaves no one indifferent.
