This leather armchair by Kofod-Larsen, based on the design of the Elisabeth chair, is in excellent condition. The light wood frame harmonizes beautifully with the dark, tobacco-brown leather. The seat cushion has a light patina and offers very good seating comfort. The leather on the backrest shows minimal pressure marks and hardly any signs of wear. The chair's distinctive shape makes it a highlight in any room. The Fröscher manufactory was founded in the 1920s by August Fröscher, primarily as a manufacturer of barber chairs, and has been part of the Rosenthal furniture group since the 2010s. Fröscher collaborated with various excellent designers. The Danish designer Ib Kofod-Larsen studied art and became known for his Penguin and Elisabeth chair designs.
