Neoclassical style fluted cylindrical column in mahogany and brass, 19th century

Neoclassical-style column. Fluted mahogany shaft resting on a cylindrical base with double brass rings. Circular top in white Carrara marble. 19th century. Condition: Slight dent at the top and veneer damage on one side. This imposing (130 cm) and massive column is a beautiful period decorative object!
