Knud Hjerting pendant lamp

Very very rare Danish pendant lamp by Knud Hjerting, this is the “p208” model. This black lacquered metal light is made up of 3 openwork cones nested one inside the other. Some brass details inside the diffuser. The exterior has remained in its original state (some traces of the past present) to preserve its beautiful patina; the interior was lacquered identically. Pretty brass finishes. Original bakelite socket. The original electric cable (1950!) has been replaced by a new textile cable. For e27 bulb. Designer: knud hjerting. Country: Denmark.
