Covered sugar bowl and saucer in ceramic from Alcobaça, Portugal, vintage.

Charming covered sugar bowl or bonbonnière in handmade Portuguese ceramic from the workshops of Alcobaça, signed Jolette, vintage from the 1960s-1980s. Beautiful pan-shaped form with two handles, accompanied by its lid and matching saucer. Polychrome floral decoration hand-painted in shades of blue, raspberry/cassis red, and yellow on a pale pink background. Generally in good condition, with noted wear to the paint, particularly on the red motifs, two small chips on the edge of the plate, and two discreet nicks on the edge of the lid.
