Pair of large Murano crystal sconces on gilt frame, Austria, 1970s

This excellent set of two crystal sconces on gilt frames in the style of Venini was made in Austria by Kolarz in the 1970s. The weighty crystals are crafted with exceptional skill and beautifully reflect the warm, rich tones of the hidden light bulbs when illuminated. The 24K gilded frames add to the luxurious look and feel of these sconces. In very good condition, this pair of sconces in the art deco style are an eye-catcher whether lit or unlit. The sconces are currently wired for European voltage and light bulbs and can be easily rewired as needed locally. Dimensions: Height: 45 cm, Width: 14 cm, Depth: 10 cm.
