Large chrome and opaline lamp, Mazda and Ferdinand Solere, France, 1970

This lamp is an astonishing assembly. The chrome base is signed ferdinand solere and the white opaline diffuser is signed by mazda, two essential french manufacturers of the 19th century. The result is a very large, unique lamp mixing industrial and art deco inspirations. The chrome steel foot is in very good condition. Very well made, it is equipped with a rotary button, switch and also a light dimmer which allows you to adjust the light intensity as desired. The opal blown glass globe is also in perfect condition. Bayonet socket. The lamp is slightly tilted forward but this is not visible, some micro marks from time, overall in excellent condition (see photos).
