Set of 4 "S33" chairs in brown leather by Mart Stam for Gavina 60's

This set of four “S33” chairs, designed by Mart Stam and produced by Gavina in the 1960s, perfectly illustrates the functional elegance of post-war modernist design. Sourced from a first-hand source in northern Italy, these iconic pieces reflect the expertise and high standards for quality that have made Gavina famous. Each chair measures 80 cm high, 49 cm wide, and 58 cm deep. They retain their original dark brown leather, which is in very good condition considering their age. Supple and delicately patinated, it retains all of its depth of color and shine. The chrome-plated steel frame, made from solid tubes, is distinguished by its robustness and remains in impeccable condition.
