Dining room set designed by pierre mazairac & karel boonzaadjer for pastoe, 1976. Modernist chairs, model se15, with matching 4-6 seater dining table made of solid ash wood (probably designed by cees braakman). The ash wood chairs are upholstered with a mixed rust brown fabric. Beautiful visible wood joints at chairs and table. The chairs have a nice contrast in design, solid versus open, depending on which side you look at the chairs. The dining table can be extended from 4 to 6 people (202 cm lenght). The extension is stored under the table top. Good vintage condition. The chairs have signs of wear such as small scratches and dents corresponding to their age. 1 chair has visible damage at the transition seat/backrest. The upholstery is neat. A screw is screwed in at the bottom of a chair. Probably for the sake of sturdiness. The chairs are sturdy/stable. 1 chair has very light play. The table has tint differences but is well in the clear coat.
