Low oak cabinet with two drawers, designed by Marian Grabinski. Swedish production, 1960s. Marian Grabinski devoted much of his design research to creating furniture that combined formal restraint, functionality and adaptability within domestic interiors. Designed in 1963, the "MTP" cabinet is a clear expression of this approach. Originally conceived as a hall cabinet, it has also been used over time as a storage bench, media console and side cabinet, thanks to its combination of a generous top surface and two integrated drawers. The horizontal body is supported by a slender frame, where the sculpted transitions between the legs and the main case soften the junctions and lend the piece an almost sculptural quality. The absence of applied handles preserves the clean, uninterrupted front, while the integrated pulls and traditional dovetail drawer construction reflect the care devoted to both craftsmanship and detail. Good condition. It may show some signs of age and use. Please pay close attention to the photographs. AF345
