1970s design floor lamp by Parscot

Rare arc floor lamp, designer reading lamp from the 70s/80s published by Parscot in Memphis style. Halogen floor lamp that works. The "saucer" at the top can be tilted. Good condition except for signs of use and age, small scratch on the paint on the tube near the head (see photos).
