Large pedestal bowl Longwy "Jasper" – Ø 36 cm – Very good condition

Magnificent large glazed earthenware bowl from Longwy, decorated with "Jasper", distributed by Écot in Reims. This piece is characteristic of Longwy productions from the 1960s-1970s, featuring its spectacular decoration of flamed glazes in shades of turquoise, emerald green, orange, and ivory. Each example has a unique decoration. Bowl on a pedestal with a scalloped edge. Very good overall condition. The glaze is shiny, the colours are particularly vibrant, and the bowl shows no cracks or visible chips. To be noted transparently: a small old retouching under the foot, invisible when the bowl is displayed. It does not affect the solidity or the aesthetic quality of the piece.
