Exceptional antique Baccarat crystal water glass/wine glass, dating from the 19th century. Crafted in heavy, brilliantly clear crystal, it features a refined flared bowl decorated with elegant elongated vertical facets. Its most remarkable detail is the sculptural faceted stem, enriched with a delicate internal teardrop-shaped motif, and resting on a substantial circular foot. This piece dates from the period before 1936, when Baccarat crystal was not yet acid-stamped, the absence of a signature is therefore consistent with its age. In very good antique condition with normal light traces of time. There is a tiny, almost imperceptible microchip on the rim, mentioned for accuracy and shown in the photographs.
