Stella beechwood coat rack, 1950s

Impressive freestanding coat rack produced in the 1950s by Stella, a furniture manufacturer since 1922. Made of solid beech wood, it features twelve hooks with black-painted, hemispherical shapes, as well as a painted metal ring for a walking stick or umbrella. The hooks have been restored to their original color. The ring is in its original condition and shows some scratches and minor wear consistent with use. The varnished wooden body also retains its patina and shows some minor marks and small dents. Two hooks have a slight play in the notch but are still securely attached. The hook axle is pivoting and removable. This part is stamped in its center. This beautiful vintage coat rack will stylishly display coats and accessories. Dimensions: 58 x 188 x 58 cm.
