This sideboard from the 1950s Idee Möbel programme by Erich Stratmann for Oldenburger Möbelwerkstätten impresses with its contrast between the body with new white HPL coating and teak veneered louvre doors. The strict geometry of the construction is masterfully broken up by the curved stainless steel frame, giving the piece of furniture a floating lightness. High-quality materials and precise workmanship characterise this design. A timeless piece that has been carefully restored and is in good vintage condition.
