A magnificent blown optical glass bowl from the Art Nouveau Vienna Secession named "Meteor" with a silver-plated brass rim from the early 1900s. Designed by Koloman Moser (1868 - 1919), made by Adolf Meyr's Neffe for E. Bakalowits Söhne in Vienna, distributed by Wiener Werkstätte. Signs of age-related wear, but only on the underside of the bowl. This bowl is in above-average good condition for its age.
