Superb patina adorns this 19th-century mahogany burl veneer dressing table. It features a sliding mechanism: opening the top reveals a few centimeters, showcasing the elegant, minimalist marble top and original mercury mirror. The mechanism is in perfect working order, and the vanity opens smoothly. The marble top and sides are intact, and the mirror, while slightly pitted as expected, is also in excellent condition. Below are four drawers with sumptuous veneered fronts and a mirrored finish. Each drawer opens with two original metal pulls and a lock. All the original features and locks operate with the same key. The cabinet rests on antique metal casters and moves easily. The sides are equally beautiful. The curved top, the rich wood grain, and the ideal proportions lend this dressing table a great elegance. It can be used as a dressing table or simply as a chest of drawers. Its quality allows it to be placed even in a living room. There are a few signs of wear, tiny chips in the veneer that don't affect its appearance, but it is in excellent condition. Width: 80 cm. Depth: 42 cm (closed) / 58 cm (open). Height: 103 cm (closed) / 149 cm (open). Interior of a drawer: 34 X 58 X 12 cm. Mirror: 47 X 23 cm. The price is firm, thank you. Delivery within the Île-de-France region and to ground floor locations is possible for 40 euros.
