Guerin in Wood Réchampi and Cannage, Louis XVI style - 1920

Healing oval with rechampi wood structure cream color. Its top is a white marble with tender green veining, skilfully restored. It is recessed, and lined with a moulded belt embellished with cross motifs. The headband of this extra table is open and generously carved. Flowers and foliage decorations mingle with waves completed in windings. The set rests on four feet turned, cannelés, with dice of high and low connections fleuris. In the lower part, these studs are connected by a entrepreneurship tablet with cannage authentique, which has benefited from a discreet repair. In addition to being composed of natural trend materials, this guerin has been modernized with taste and will be likely to appeal to a clientele of all ages. ******** Period: 1920.
