Here is a morvan dish with beautiful multicolored shades predominantly blue, green and purple. In perfect condition and signed (morvan), it was fashioned in the pottery of tamnay created in 1932 in tamnay-en-bazois by gaston gaubier (1894-1971), ceramist from a family of potters of puisaye, then directed by the vincent family since 1997, and unfortunately closed in 2016. This plate has beautiful shades and abstract patterns obtained through the mixture of various oxides for an absolutely unique flamed result. A must for lovers of iconic 20th century utilitarian and vintage pottery pieces. Dimensions: diameter of 24.5 cm / height of about 4.5 cm / weight of about 790 grams.
