Vintage 1950s dessert bar - Gold metal and wood formica trays

We love these pieces of furniture from another time that exude a bygone elegance. Punctuating our interiors, they enhance them. This vintage bar cart stands out with its bold and asymmetrical structure. An airy design typical of French modernist furniture from the mid-20th century. It consists of two Formica trays resembling wood (walnut), surrounded by superbly crafted golden metal galleries. Width of the upper tray - 50cm. Width of the lower tray - 60cm. Its structure is made of golden tubular metal, with an integrated bottle holder on the lower tray (for 3 bottles). The original wheels are functional. Old, this cart remains in beautiful vintage condition. The patina of the metal attests to its authenticity (traces of oxidation add to its charm). The trays are in excellent condition. The wheels show some oxidation. We love to envision this piece for a chic bar corner, as a side table for plants, or as a graphic end table. A "must-have" for mid-century decor.
