SNCF train bench foldable seat

Very rare retractable train seat, from a service locomotive from the 1950s. The faux leather covering has been replaced, work carried out by an upholsterer, the seat is made of spring and not foam, rather comfortable, the seat folds up thanks to with a pivot system aided by a spring, the whole is perfectly functional originally it was fixed to the floor of the locomotive no we added an oak support which makes it stable sitting height 51 cm, unfolded depth 55 cm.
