Vintage French Art Deco Elephant Lamp with Marble Base and Blue Glass Shade. This charming vintage French table lamp from the 1930s is typical in the style of the art deco period. It has a heavy grey marble coloured base with a bronze coloured elephant figure and a blue clichy glass shade. The lamp is signed to the bottom of the elephant on the back. The lamp is in very good vintage condition with no cracks in the marble and glass ball. The lamp operates with its original French wiring with a white flexible on/off rocker switch and a 2 pin European plug. Takes a small B22 bayonet type bulb.
