Wooden desk lamp, turned, from around 1970, probably Swiss work. The solid circular base supports an inclined arm made up of articulated cylindrical elements. The lampshade, in the shape of a half-cylinder, pivots to direct the light. The whole is defined by rounded volumes without sharp edges, highlighting the natural grain of the wood. The construction is simple and functional. The lamp combines practicality with the sculptural presence typical of Alpine design from the 1970s. Manufacture: Swiss work, around 1970.
