Antique carafe, blown glass can, acid-etched, garland basket, 1900

This pretty carafe or wine pitcher is made of acid-etched glass. This can certainly comes from the lorraine factories. It is an old pitcher with a handle made of blown glass and decorated with a frieze of a flower basket and garlands, acid-etched. This carafe is in good condition; it measures 30 cm in height and 12 cm in diameter. I note a deposit in the bottom of the carafe and scratches from use. The handle has a small manufacturing defect (roughness) at its attachment. The stopper is not original but it fits well - it has a chip at the base.
