Antique Louis XV style mirror with a shell pediment, dating from the early 19th century. The frame is gilded with gold leaf and repainted in places. The spandrels are decorated with interlacing foliage and auricular motifs typical of the Rococo style. The pediment is exquisitely crafted, featuring a decoration of foliage and shells. Some signs of age are visible in places. The mirror is in very good condition. The original backing is intact. Height: 195 cm Width: 93 cm
