Vintage wooden log holder with curved slats

Vintage wooden log holder, likely dating from the second half of the 20th century. Its particularly graphic structure is composed of wooden slats arranged in a cradle, supported by two curved uprights and topped with a large handle. A construction that is both functional and decorative, typical of the 60s-70s taste for wood and organic shapes. Its beautiful warm hue and patina give it a lot of character. It will naturally find its place near a fireplace or wood stove, in a country house as well as in a contemporary, rustic, or chalet-style interior. Overall good vintage condition. The wood shows signs of use, wear, and marks of time, visible in the photographs and consistent with its age and function. Solid and functional structure. It can also be repurposed as a magazine rack or decorative storage. Dimensions: H 47 × W 39 × D 45 cm. Delivery possible on request in the departments of Tarn, Hérault, Aveyron, and Loire-Atlantique.
