The garden armchair 1966 by Richard Schultz, created for the Knoll International brand, is a high-end seat designed for outdoor use. Now a classic in garden furniture, this chair was conceived in the 1960s by Richard Schultz. It is part of the 1966 collection, made at the request of Florence Knoll, who wanted beautiful garden furniture resistant to the salty air for her home in Florida. This chair is now included in the permanent design collection of MoMA in New York. The simplicity of its lines makes it a timeless chair, which also fits well indoors, complemented by cushions. Its seat is angled to conform to the shape of the body and provide optimal comfort. It is supported by four legs that extend into armrests. Its construction has been improved by incorporating more durable materials.
