Beautiful painting representing a woman of the eighteenth century. The scene takes place in a typical interior of the time, recognizable by the louis XV style furniture, armchair and bench. The interior is richly decorated with curtains and a dressing table. The woman is standing, a mask in her hand. This scene represents something very common in painting, the masquerade.
