Enamel plate partitioned blue and bird decorations

Plate or dish in enamels partitioned on copper with an asian décor of plants, peonies and a bird on a blue background. The hanging system is ancient, it did not require any drilling of the dish that must be asian, japanese, 19th century. The bird is certainly a shepherd's tarier.
