Overview. Biedermeier drum cabinet from France, dated to the 1830s and listed as Before 1890. Narrow, upright silhouette well suited to hallways or compact interiors. Materials. Warm walnut veneer case showing vertical grain with a brown finish. Rectangular grey marble top with subtle veining provides a refined contrast. Also constructed with iron and solid wood elements (as noted by the seller). Design. Curved (drum) front creating a classic, understated Biedermeier profile.
