1970s coffee table

Coffee table by Claude DALLE, Maison ROMÉO, PARIS 1970s. It features a large octagonal top with a peripheral bevel, supported by two Nubian figures in sculpted gilded wood, finished in gold and black lacquer. An iconic model by Claude DALLE, Maison ROMÉO in Faubourg St Antoine, Paris. Numerous references in public auction sales. This model was featured on the cover of the AD magazine for a portrait of Claude DALLE (visible in the last photo of the series). In superb condition, cleaned and restored in our workshops, original glass intact. Dimensions: Length 130cm. Width 70cm. Height 54cm.
