Pair of turned wood corner chairs, fireside chairs

Superb pair of antique corner chairs, also called "fireside" chairs, probably dating from the late 19th or early 20th century. These characterful pieces are distinguished by their turned wooden structure, typical of the craftsmanship of yesteryear, and their woven straw seat. These chairs were traditionally placed near the fireplace. They are in good general condition, with a nice patina to the wood, some wear due to friction. The structure is stable and the seats are well preserved. Seat height 38 cm. Chrome metal tips have been placed under each leg. The many photos are part of the description a beautiful duo!.
