A pair of "rio" armchairs accompanied by their foot-stool. The "rio" model (armchair) and the "taurus" footrest were designed by pierre guariche, famous french ensemblier (designer) for the firm meurop. The armchairs have been completely regarnis (elastic straps, cold foam, white setting) and restored. They have been covered with a very beautiful fabric structured in pale green linen, which gives them a certain modernity. Period: 60's. Materials: black laquered metal structure, new linen upholstery and covering. Condition: very nice vintage condition. Dimensions: armchair: width: 68 cm, depth: 85 cm, height: 82 cm, seat height: 40 cm. Footrest: width: 51 cm, depth: 29.5 cm, height: 38-42 cm.
