Diabolo vase West Germany

Superb vintage ceramic vase from West Germany, dating from the 1950s-1960s. It features an elegant "diabolo" shape and a rough texture typical of the Fat Lava style. The abstract decoration, composed of incised black lines and touches of primary colours (yellow, red, green), recalls the modernist aesthetic of the time. The interior is glazed in a bright yellow that contrasts beautifully with the mineral appearance of the exterior. Underneath, there is the marking "Foreign" (intended for export) and the serial numbers 523/25.
