Antique neoclassical chairs in carved walnut, Italy, 18th century

Pair of neoclassical chairs in carved walnut, last quarter of the 18th century. Four turned legs connected by a stretcher support a walnut seat and an openwork backrest with a carved diamond pattern; the seats are decorated with carvings on the friezes and the openwork of the backrest as well as on the band under the seat.
