Pair of side tables, 1970s nightstands.

Pair of side tables, nightstands from the 70s. I am sure they were made by a prestigious company. The quality of craftsmanship is remarkable. They are made of square metal tubing, riveted brass plate, and a bronze gallery screwed onto the top. The bronze gallery was gilded, but the gilding was worn. There were originally two smoked glass plates, but they were broken and scratched. I have ordered two 8mm thick tempered glass plates. I stripped them, cleaned them, and treated them entirely with anti-rust to stop oxidation and protect the metal. Sleek and chic design. Good condition except for signs of use, oxidation (see photos). Dimensions: 63 cm x 33 cm H: 45.5 cm.
