Enfilade and Scandinavian bedside tables

Scandinavian style set including 1 row and 2 honey-colored lacquered bedside tables, circa 1960. Veneer style wood marquetry. Tapered feet with brass reinforcements and intermediate brass ring. The bedside tables each include a drawer. The row includes two drawers and a niche. All handles are made of golden brass. The whole thing is in very good condition given their age. Some discreet shots are to be noted on the corners (see photos) —- The scandinavian or vintage style row is part of the innovative post-war furniture. It replaces the traditional dining room buffet and now serves as a console. In the living room, this piece of furniture blends perfectly with the coffee table for a lifestyle closer to the floor, typical of the 50s. Its aerial lines, its rectilinear volumes without frills take up the sober style of modernist inspiration. The golden age of the production of design enfilades will last until the end of the 60s.
