1980s “G3” coffee table by Jus van Beek for Metaform, Netherlands

A wonderful round coffee table, model G3, designed by Just van Beek and manufactured by Metaform in the Netherlands around 1970. The piece has a stainless steel base in a unique shape. The trapezium shaped legs hold a semi circle base, on which the round clear glass top is placed. This combines into a very appealing style to this modern piece! A fantastic addition to the decor and a beautiful example of mid-century Dutch design. It remains in good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
