Vintage french handmade cushion

This beauty is a very large pin cushion (17cmx17cm), from the early 20th century, handmade with great care. Possibly it was used as a sewing aid, but it is so special that it would be perfect as a display for your brooches or hat pins, if you use them. It is bordered with a blue cord with a lovely shape in the corners, and the base has a very pretty mustard tone. I don't know what it's stuffed with, since it's quite heavy for its size, more than half a kilo, but to the touch it reminds you of old tapestries. It is in very good condition considering its age, the colors are a bit faded and one of the embroideries is worn, I show it in a detailed photo.
