A scandinavian mid-century modern shelving unit in teak, known as “ergo” was designed by john texmon for einar blindheim for blindheim mobelfabrikk in the 1960s. It features eight shelves mounted on sculptural solid wood rails by brass hangers, creating an airy, suspended presence and grand-looking statement. This shelving system is fully modular, offering a variety of configurations to suit your needs. The setup in the pictures is just an example. This shelving system includes: eight shelves w: 78, 5/ d: 21 cm. Three teak rails-tracks 130 cm long. Brass hardware. The unit is in fantastic original condition. There are typical is minor age-typical wear, but overall remains in fantastic vintage condition, especially after cleaning it and coating it with an additional layer of danish oil.
