Silver plating not dented with micro-scratches from normal use. On the handle, square hallmarks with a chess knight in the center and the letters oc used from 1935 to 1983 and on the christofle blade in full letters. This cutlery model already appeared in the first catalog in 1862. Its name is quite simply the contraction of the word “spatula” and the word “contour”.
